Forty is Not Past Your Prime

We are scouring the world with an open nomination call for women who are innovators, role-models and makers, creating momentum and changing the world.

We have assembled a high-caliber judging panel with a mix of men and women and age ranges hailing from the tech, entrepreneurial, media and corporate world to cull down the list to the top 40 Women Over 40 to Watch.

Forty Women Over 40 nominations are open until May 7.

Forty Over 40

The 40 Women Over 40 to Watch list celebrates women over 40 who are role models and innovators. The goal of giving a shout-out to these under-the-radar, up-and-comers is to raise awareness that over 40 is not “past your prime” and, in fact, may be when we come into our most productive era.  It will inspire women over 40 to persist despite the rise of the “30 under 30” power lists, while providing women in their 20s and 30s with role models that feel within reach.

  • Is this woman a disruptive innovator, instinctively understanding personal disruption, and harnessing the power of successive learning cycles?

The purpose of this list is to step change the awareness that over forty is not “past your prime” but in fact when many women come into their most productive era. Help us inspire these under-the-radar 40-something women to persist in their achievements and provide women in their 20s and 30s with role models that feel within their reach.Who do you know who you can’t wait to see what’s next …because you just know it’s going to be good?
