Disruption Advisor Coaches have been trained and certified to use WLJ Advisors proprietary frameworks to help clients thrive and continue to grow through disruption. These coaches have been trained by Whitney Johnson and the WLJ Advisors team.

Maureen Breeze

Maureen coaches executives and entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries including technology, mining, manufacturing, non-profit and real estate. Her areas of specialty include leadership development, career transitions, innovation, and emotional/social intelligence in the workplace.

She is the founder and principal at Cultivage, a boutique organizational development and coaching consultancy, as well as a co-founder of Retreat Reinvent Recharge, an international collaboration of practitioners and academics supporting women throughout their careers.

Maureen is the co-author of two books on creative thinking and leadership, a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation, and licensed to train leaders using the ISEI’s Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment, WLJ Disruption Advisors S-Curve Tool, and the LMAP Leadership Profile. She has facilitated workshops on coaching, innovation, leadership, and emotional/social intelligence in Germany, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, and China, and has conducted training for organizations including the Gulf Business Training Network, the Shanghai Entrepreneur Center, and universities across the United States. In addition to coaching and training, she teaches for the Center for Professional Development at the University of Denver.


Monica Loup

My name is Monica Loup. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and for the last 18 years have been living outside the Netherlands.

A little bit about my background, I am an entrepreneur and a global executive coach. I have more than ten years of expertise in international training and development working with business men and women in all sectors.

I hold a master’s degree from the university of Amsterdam and a postgraduate degree from the university of Paris and I speak seven languages. It means I like to game systems and cultures as well as helping entrepreneurs and global leaders forge their own.

I founded Geo Coaching, a “boutique” coaching and consultancy firm that works with entrepreneurs, high growth, innovative startups and scale-ups around the world to develop their own international competence and growth.

I have been working alongside businessmen and women of all trades for many years to help them and their businesses transition at an international level and I am currently working with entrepreneurs and startups around the world who are scaling or preparing to scale, building their teams and scaling from a national to an international level.


Logan Davis

Logan Davis has been helping individuals light a fire in their hearts to achieve personal growth for over 10 years. As a certified Disruption Advisor and LMAP 360 Certified Coach, Logan has the experience and resources to help clients ignite real growth, discover their potential, and gain momentum for the life they really want.


Steve Ludwig

Before starting his consulting and coaching practice, Steve served as the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Strategy for a $1 billion business unit with 5,000 employees in 10 countries for CH2M HILL, a FORTUNE 500 company. He recently completed 12 years as a member of the University of Colorado Board of Regents, overseeing the operations and management of the $4.5 billion four-campus enterprises. Steve started his professional career as a broadcaster at the age of 18.

Steve’s specialty is helping clients navigate complex challenges within their organizations and the marketplace by exploring drivers, analyzing opportunities and risks, and drawing upon research, best practices, and internal and external talent to craft and deliver custom solutions.


Devanie Helman

Devanie has a passion for leadership and investing in the potential of individuals. She has been engaged in leadership development work since 2012 when she joined a leadership development Fellowship program at El Pomar Foundation, a private grantmaking foundation in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Upon completing the program, Devanie served as the Director of the Fellowship at the Foundation until June 2019. In this role, she was responsible for both the Fellowship and Internship programs, as well as two regional councils and several strategic planning projects. As a senior consultant for White River Strategy, Devanie supports clients through strategy work, facilitation, coaching, and project management. Devanie was raised in Gunnison, Colorado, and graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in psychology and sociology. She has a Master's in Education with an emphasis in policy, organization, and leadership studies from Stanford University.


Ralph Campbell

Ralph has spent 24 years in ontological leadership, performance-based consulting, diversity awareness, and youth mentoring to thousands of people in the United States. He believes that all individuals have the capacity to be leaders that exercise effective leadership, as their natural self-expression, in all areas of their lives that matter most to them.

After a successful 23-year career in the business arena, where he was the CEO of one of the largest insurance agencies in South Florida, as well as co-founding two separate leadership training and development companies Summit Education – www.summiteducation.com and Universal Dynamics, Campbell branched out on his own to create his dream job. His focus concentration areas are any sales team, young adults, CEOs, healthcare, academia, government, and non-profits. His innovative and creative workshops include the Performance Manifesto, the Missing Element, Sales Fuel, The Performance Topology, Communicating with Impact, Ten Thousand Words to Mastery, and Building Your Why from the Inside Out. All of his workshops are geared to have participants understand and experience that producing extraordinary results has no limits.

Having spent over two decades sitting on, and chairing various community boards, some of which included, United Way of Broward County, Nova Southeastern University Ambassador, Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, Leadership Broward Foundation, Women in Distress, YMCA, National Conference for Community and Justice, and ChildNet, starting companies and volunteering his time to worthy charitable causes, he has hands-on experience working with people from all walks of life. His genuine caring approach and ability to connect with his audience in a sincere and authentic manner set him apart in his field.

Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He has been listed in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, as one of the 50 Most Powerful African Americans in 2012, featured in articles by Gold Coast Magazine, Las Olas and South Florida Business Journal, a graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth leadership course, “Building a High-Performance Business”, Leadership Florida XXVII, Leadership Broward XXII, Community Hero Honoree by his local national newspaper, the Sun-Sentinel, and was honored by Broward County public school system, by way of a proclamation, for corporate citizenship. Ralph is a native of Key West, Florida, a proud father of twin boys and resides in Coral Springs, Florida.
