Yesterday, for the first time this year, I did my outdoor run at the track.  Because It's been nearly four months, I was slower than usual.  But it felt SO good.  The sun was shining, and I could feel me — and my dreams revivifying.

Winter is a time for resolution and renewal, for resting physically and psychologically.  A time for our dreams to go quiet.  But when the long winter is over, and the world bursts forth into life, doesn't it feel as if  the seedlings of our dreams do too?
